Paul CharchianIn 1993, Paul Charchian started Fanball, a company that would evolve from a print magazine into one of the largest pure-play fantasy sites on the internet. Fanball sold in 2007. 

In 1994, he began working at KFAN in the Twin Cities, where he acts as sports talk host and as a fantasy sports authority. His fantasy sports radio program began airing in Minneapolis in 1995 and continues today, making it the longest-running fantasy sports program ever. 

His second company, LeagueSafe, became the first consumer protection product in the history of fantasy sports, allowing fantasy players to safely escrow league fees. LeagueSafe has grown to well over 500,000 users and over $1B in total transactions. LeagueSafe sold in 2017. 

He was the president of the Fantasy Sports and Gaming Association from 2009-2020, the world’s largest advocacy group for fantasy sports and sports betting businesses. 

He was elected to the Fantasy Sports Hall of Fame in 2013 and the Fantasy Sports Writers Hall of Fame in 2019. 

His newest endeavor is GuillotineLeagues.com, a new way to play season-long fantasy football.
