Elected Mayor of Saint Paul in 2006, Coleman had been elected to his third term before talking to Dunkers. He described the advantages of moving the minor league Saint Paul Saints into the soon-to-be built CHS Field in downtown Saint Paul and said the Minnesota Wild hockey team has been a major contributor to both the economy and energy level in downtown Saint Paul.
