Meetings are scheduled at the call of the head coach and staff. The head trainer schedules the annual meeting in December at which time a new head coach is installed. The goal is to have 18 meetings a year.

Annual dues are $500. This fee covers the costs of breakfasts, the cost of one ticket to the annual fund dinner, and all club operating expenses. Dues renewals are generally sent out in November of each year.

Notices are usually sent out two to three weeks prior to the meeting date, whenever possible. Periodically, guest speakers are arranged with very little notice. Members receive notices electronically via their email account. Each member is responsible for making a reservation if they plan to attend. Regrets are not required. Meetings are held at Interlachen Country Club or as specified by the notice. Coffee and juice are available beginning at 7am, with breakfast available at 7:10am. Meetings end promptly at 8:30am.

Reserve online by clicking the Register button included in the meeting notice or on the Dunkers website. Should your plans change, you can go to your profile page in the Member Directory to cancel, change your reservation or add a guest. If you click on Not attending you'll not receive additional reminders but can still register later if you want to attend.

Guests are usually welcome. Reservations must be made for guests. Individuals may attend as guests twice per year. Follow the prompts on the meeting notice or website when you click on "Register" to register your guest. You can register multiple guests. Cost per guest is $50.  If you include the email address of your guest, they, too, will receive a copy of the confirmation email and subsequent meeting reminder.

When you register a guest, you will be prompted to pay the $50 guest fee with a credit card as part of the registration process. We only do online credit card payments.  We no longer collect cash, check or credit cards at check in.

Members may not share quotes, anecdotes or any other speaker content as it may impair our ability to schedule future speakers. Neither should members or their guests approach speakers or sports leaders  for the  purpose of scheduling or conducting interviews. Further, members and their guests may not share meeting content via social media platforms. Always keep in mind, “What’s said at Dunkers stays at Dunkers."

As a courtesy to fellow Dunkers, use of cell phones at meetings is not allowed. Also, as a courtesy to our speakers, members should not ask speakers for autographs (particularly on sports items) or pictures with them. Members are encouraged, however, to visit with speakers before or after the meetings.

Parking at the Interlachen Country Club is provided free of charge. Valet service at the main entrance to the club is available for those that need it.

Individual members are responsible for maintaining a current email address with Dunkers to ensure continued receipt of meeting notices and other related Dunkers correspondence. Address changes can be made in the member profile in the MEMBERS ONLY section of the Dunkers website.

Club by-laws allow a maximum of 350 members. Visit the New Member Nomination page on the Dunkers website for instructions and access to the online form for submitting nomination. Nominees must attend a Dunker meeting and indicated interest in membership before the nomination is submitted. Members are not charged the $50 guest when they bring a prospective member to a meeting. Reply to the meeting notice with the name of your guest when you receive a meeting notice.

The nominating committee meets in January and July to consider nominations and elect new members for spaces available. Only nominees who have attended a meeting and submitted a completed nomination form will be considered. Nominees not elected will be reconsidered at the next meeting of the nominating committee.

New members are charged an initiation fee of $100 and $500 dues when they are admitted to the organization in January. Members elected in July pay an initiation fee of $100 and $250 dues.
